UltraScanning - Diamond coated styli by itp
With immediate effect itp is now offering a full range of styli with diamond coating.
This allows you to also carry out scanning measurements, e.g. on extremely hard, abrasive or also very soft surfaces with almost no wear and high scanning speeds.
For the systems VAST XXT we can provide you with the styli for the VAST XXT systems in the standard sizes with Carbon Fiber stem, Carbide stem and also diamond-coated balls at very attractive prices. We also provide custom solutions on request.
The most important advantages of our series UltraScanning? Our styli in the UltraScanning series comprise a ceramic ball,
the surface of which is diamond-coated to a thickness of approximately 0.03 mm. The balls are polished in a highly complex process.
The grade of roundness of these balls is grade 5.
We pass all the manufacturing cost benefits that we achieve in the manufacture of our UltraScanning probes directly on to our customers.
